A Nevada EVOC car for sale, seems to have been restored, also seems to be needing another restoration of the body.

Did some digging and seems to have been exported from California sometime after 2019:
I see some speculation about an EVOC car for sale in 2015 without pictures here, there were only 2 EVOC cars at a time so seems likely that it is the same car as in ad:
They reference a NHP EVOC car featured here, sadly pictures are no longer available, other than a screenshot in the first thread featuring a rather banged up car: Spring Fling 2015, Van Nuys CA 4/11-4/12
Maybe @MrMoparCHP has the original pictures to confirm?
I found a picture of the same car on Facebook, I am unable to share the link for some reason, but here is the photo instead:

There being 2 EVOC cars at the time seems to be confirmed here, also stating these cars were repurposed retired NHP cars, with a 1970 Polara being used in 1976. The person is also referencing a 1971 NHP Polara they also own: 1970 Dodge Polara By Lynn Boyer | Mopars Of The Month
And here in a 1971 CHP EVOC video, the cars are also discussed:

Translated from German:

A true piece of history.

This 1971 Dodge Polara was one of two real police vehicles used by the Nevada Highway Patrol for their EVOC training in the early 1970s.

Mopar Police Car fans may know the history of EVOC1 and EVOC2. These were & still are driver training with courses for police officers, to practice and refresh persecution trips, vehicle safety, professional police driving, driving techniques and emergency driving techniques. In order to play such scenarios, this full size is equipped accordingly and comes with the full policy package. The factory "Two Tone" paintwork with police labels, a massive 4-point roll cage in the driver's cab and much more.

When it comes to full size, you first think of comfortable cruising. Of course, the feeling is also comfortable here, but as soon as the accelerator pedal has stepped, the 370 hp 440 high performance engine with its Heavy Duty 727 automatic transmission runs right forward. A convincingly strong driving behavior. But not only the acceleration is remarkable, so is driving stability! For this purpose, extra thick 1.00" rotary rods at the front and 6-ply leaf springs with rear HD bracket were installed ex works. Of course, special shock absorbers and a 15/16" front stabilizer are also attached. However, the Knüller is the 3⁄4" stabilizer on the rear axle, which we have seen installed with no full size yet. Driving with it still feels like sliding away even at 150kmh. Even at 200km/h, this does not cause fear for the driver. In order to implement a driving experience with smaller mopars, this usually takes A LOT of money. Other built-in components that contribute to this:

Limited slip differential (both rear wheels accelerate simultaneously)

Tighter steering gear

Electronic Mopar transistor ignition

Brake force boosters & disc brakes

26" heavy duty radiator (water cooler)

Hi volume oil pump

Dual Snorkel Air Cleaner (air filter)

Hi Performance Gussgrümmer

A leap into 1971. In this video, the E.V.O.C. (Emergency Vehicle Operational Control) their emergency vehicles. Among other things, the Dodge Polara 440cui and how remarkable these cars were in history at that time.

Police car equipment

The Polaras is equipped with a 65-amp alternator, which ensures constant lighting, also for the additional factory-mounted lighting in the front footwell and in the trunk.

In addition to the standard displays, a manual oil pressure indicator and a tachometer are integrated in the interior of the Dodge. As usual in Police Cars, this is the typical white steering wheel, as is the floor. It is not designed with carpet as usual, but is completely designed with an easier-to-clean rubber mat. The 4-point roll cage in the front driver's cab is installed in such a way that it is easy to get in and out. In addition, the 3-point belts are attached to the upper part of the cage. The benches are completely and qualitatively reconditioned. Above the healed, blue headliner, you can still feel the reinforcement plate, which was sealed in police vehicles for the installation of Chrysler roof lighting.

Special order was also the "Two Tone" exterior paintwork, with blue body and silver roof. This has been repainted cheaply, so the paint is available in a few places such as Roof and rear trim slightly blossomed or splintered. However, the original paint color can still be seen in some places, such as in the engine interior. Of course, the Highway Patrol labels must not be missing, longitudinal stripes with logo on the sides, as well as yellow warning stickers on the driver/passenger door and the rear sticker with the American flag. A special highlight are the blue painted 15" rims with Dog Dish Caps "Dodge Version" and tires of 235-70-15 front & 255-60-15 rear. In addition, tinted windows and turn signal side markers front & rear.

As with all our sales cars, we compared the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) to the bodystamp numbers. The numbers taken for this car match the VIN & the Fendertag. The engine and transmission have the matching numbers. The casting date of the engine block is 02.11.0971. These facts also make it unique.

At the moment, the boss enjoys cruising through the area with this vehicle, which is extremely rare even for him. It is his favorite to have technical defects detected and also eliminated. So far, the obstructed braking system has already been overhauled, a torn engine holder has been changed, an accelerator pump has been installed in the carburetor, the water pump has been replaced and all hinges have been greased.

In addition, the following has already been repaired:

All brake hoses renewed

Gasoline system refilled

Carburetor repaired

Fuel line, from pump to carburetor, converted to original

All rubber hoses in the gasoline system renewed

All defective ball bearings renewed

Exhaust system & exhaust manifold sealed

Wheel bearing front left renewed

Inner wheel arches of the engine compartment have been removed, blasted, painted and reinstalled

Complete splash protection set newly installed

Leaf spring bushings against polyurethane bushings renewed

We repeatedly carry out extensive test drives with the car in daily use, including repairs of the defects that occur. Thus, the car will be prepared by us over time towards the H license plate.

If you are interested, please contact us. On request, we can also arrange a viewing appointment.

I do recall looking at this car when it was at the fling, it was rough! Nevada got a package that was basically the same as the CHP cars that does not make them CHP cars.

The car at the Fling in 2015

since 2015 somebody poured a buncha Euros(?) into this one. All that work done before or after it took the boat ride?

AFAIK before the boat ride.

Was supposed to be repainted in the US.
Still shows some rust.

After seeing the 2015 pics I wonder how much bondo is on the car and "how" it got fixed.

Added a pic from 2021 september when it was owned by a Police car collector in germany who imported it.

Carsten,

if imported by the German police-collector just in 2021, why such a fast flip?

And why selling now through Olli‘s moparshop?

The german police-car-collector hold it for a very few years. He's not a Mopar man, so it didn't fit in his collection. Then offered it for Euro 19.000,- and soon the Moparshop / Oliver Zinn bought it in spring or early summer this year.

answer has been given already by "Dick Landy". Collector is into GM B-bodys not into mopar. I got it offered, too but had no interest.

Here are some pictures of DK41U1D291359.
It was featured in a magazine as an example of what it takes to gain German registration as a historic car. It appears to be the previous owner who sold it to the Moparshop as it is still for sale there...
