The only really bad thing I see is the apparent heater core leak.

Indeed, I remember the car back in April 2020. Loaded, except for no power windows and a 383-2. The rim blow wheel appears intact, not sure about the paint. Here is that same GE7 wagon in a previous life (note that the plate is still the same).
