I always thought it was a step above a III. Then later on (75-77) it became the C body when the non-grans became b bodies(75-78).

It's a Fury III Gran Coupe.

So it's more special than a Fury III non Gran Coupe.

For 71 it was a ht-coupe and has all the Fury III standard equipment plus the hidden headlamps, Paisley pattern etc.

For 70 it was a post coupe based on the Fury II, but with all the extras and pricewise it would still qualify as above Fury III if the price quotes I have are true, in fact this would be even higher priced than a standard Sport Fury. Hmm.
