I'm sure there's more rust to be found upon closer inspection. Looks like it was stored in a below grade garage. Lots of seam rust due to moisture. Wonder what's hiding behind that lower trim.

Looks like it will need a new roof skin. The rust under that vinyl roof doesn't look trivial. And that isn't cheap alone.

Texted the person on this and they threw a $3500 price to me. Too much still IMO. I have been down that road with that roof rust before.
