Could some kind soul help me decoding this?

At last, a 1974 export car from Newark! Went to Finland, of course. Note the typical combination of a powerful engine and no airco or vinyl roof, which would have been very unusual on a US market car.

Here you go, from memory:

E85 = 440 cu engine
D34 = Torqueflite transmission
DH43 = Dodge Monaco Brougham [edit: Custom] 4-door hardtop
T4F = 440 cu engine; 1974 model year; Newark assembly
113310 = (so-called) Sequential Production Number

KT9 = Body color: Dark Chestnut Metallic
M1L3 = M1 (don't know the seating code right now) [edit: Cloth-and-vinyl bench seat]; L3 = Beige [edit: Parchment]
000 = Upper door frame color: None (it's a hardtop)
A01 = Scheduled Production Date: October, 1 (1973). For the real production date, look at your door sticker.
E06067 = Vehicle Order Number (E = Export)

KT9 = Roof color: Dark Chestnut Metallic
I = International Market
H41 = Manual heating
L31 = Fender-mounted turn signals
L81 = Door-ajar warning light
V5X = Side moulding with vinyl insert, black

END = End of fender tag codes

Thank you very much! I know that this one has been in Finland since new, but are you sure about the brougham? I have a Custom badges in c-pillars. Dont know if those are original or not.

Back then (1974) imported cars in finland was taxed heavily, if they were equipt with lots of ”luxury” options, like AC, radio or electric windows.

I'm sure your car is the Custom as your badging shows. When looking at these trim books, the sub model is separated by commas. In this case, the vinyl side molding is standard on the Brougham 4 door sedan; the 4 door hardtop; and all Monaco Custom models.
