First time I laid my eyes on Goldie, 4 years ago today. I can truly say my life has changed because of her.

This car belonged to my cousin's father-in-law. I still remember my cousin telling as I stand in the garage taking this picture, "looks pretty rough he will understand if you are not interested". I looked at him straight in the eye and said are you f#$&ing nuts, this is what every car guy dreams about, I love it.

It's a good thing you wore your poker face to hide your enthusiasm that day when you first saw the car!

Sad part is I already kinda lived that dream when I got my Monaco.... Hopefully lightning strikes twice!

Those four years went by pretty fast. . . Huh Mike? I'm now just about exactly where you were four years ago. Hope I get at least half as far in four years on the Scorch Turd. . .

It's weird it did go by fast, but it's like in a way I have had it for so many more years, if that makes any sense.

Yes not the best at containing my enthusiasm, but I knew already I could get a great deal on it.

I ended up painting the exterior of their house for the car, they were even going to pay for the materials, but I wouldn't let him.

One must admit those Elwood Engle inspired upper body mouldings work well for keeping a piece of 1x6 from sliding away.

You're officially my hero. Being a cabinet maker and finish carpenter, I'm gonna have to keep my eyes open!

That's a really sweet work bench.
With multiple storage areas, and an 18 1/2 foot work surface. I don't know why I didn't take pictures of the trunk and interior. We filled my 12 foot enclosed trailer with just the crap on and in the car.
