Someone stole the dealership script and tried to get the D500 Emblem as well it seems.

There is bound to be a jackass buyer somewhere that will make this into a friggin' "ratrod" (I despise that term!) by painting it flat black and throwing some Mexican blankets over the seats. Oh, can't forget the skullz, spider webz and "rockabilly" accessories.

They don't paint em anymore, they dip em. ;)

I'm a big boy, I can take it, enlighten me!

Someone, somewhere decided that plasti dip, ( like on the handles of your channelocks), was a cool thing to coat ........ well darn near everything, including cars, wheels and who knows what else.
It seems to be an extention of the "Rat Rod" culture. I'm guessing they don't have enough patience and/or talent to apply a good paint job, or can't afford to pay for one although it can't be too cheap to buy enough plasti dip to coat a car. Pretty disgusting all in all.

A car??? That has to be the most ridiculous way to "paint" a car, ever! Wow. Someone somewhere had too much beer and inhaled too many fumes from something bad to come up with that "idea".
