It actually depends on what you think the car should be.
For my needs, I automatically start at 10 grand....

If it hasen'thad a color change, (Original paint would be best but not likely on this wagon), and the interior is decent then all it appears to need is a set of WWW tires, wheels and wheel covers to "look" right
With that being said, 10K isn't too far off the mark.
