Beat me to it. I detest those hoses. To top off the yellow stripe, as opposed to the green stripe Gates, the adhesive tag is still wrapped around the hose.

That would be easy to rectify. Some detailing under the hood, put in an add-on A/C unit (I have a complete one from a BB Chrysler I'll sell to the buyer of this car!), and drive. He has this beast priced quite reasonably. I like it. Shame I have zero funds to go look at this red gem with, though. It's three hours away.

You know a good candy paint job wouldn't cost much different from his asking price... I wouldn't get my hopes up too high on this one... but it would be worth a look. If she isn't a rust pile... good paint or not she would be worth every penny. My guess is the paint was the single stage Maaco color we like to call "Resale Red".

Well of course considering the splash aprons and upper A-arms being red. What else is red such as weatherstripping in all the jambs?
