That's pretty neat! For those who are unaware The Arkansas State police don't have a speed limit regarding P.I.T maneuvers. This makes for some really amazing YouTube videos. California videos are just boring now by comparison. 20 cop cars, helicopter, swat tank, hour long ordeals. I don't think I've seen an ASP chase last more than twenty minutes. Much less if the perp is unlucky enough to be persued by the very talented constable Bryd.
