I am really curious about the spotlights, a commenter said:

Are these from Unity in Chicago, il? Unity was the Spotlight supplier for Chrysler Corporation for years.

That would make more sense than it being a Law enforcement vehicle, though the ad states that it was bought from the son of the original owner.
