looks like another 300 with a TNT air cleaner, if you notice the blue engine and the VIN number.

Yeah but thats nice . If it bothered me that much , which it doesnt I would take the TNT pan off. It bothers me more that the TNT pan is on a single snorkel than under this hood

If the potential buyer doesn't know exactly what he/she is spending 30k for than they'd be getting what they deserve either way.

True, responsibility is on the buyer, but there should also be some on the seller too. He could at minimum run the VIN and determine it's not an original TNT car.

ok, maybe i will. I'm not trying to make a big deal out of it, I'm just making an observation and sharing a car for sale. Not sure why all the backlash (?)

There isnt, please read the thread again ..........................I simply disagreed, you asked why, I said Matt said it pretty well. Wheres the backlash you speak of?

Please keep us updated on his reply. Id like to know if he pulls the "TNT" from the ad.
sure, I will. perhapsp backlash is too strong. but, you guys want people not NOT represent these cars, so not sure when it says "The power plant in this vehicle is the powerful 440 cubic inch TNT V8 and is paired to a smooth shifting 3-speed automatic transmission" in the ad, that some of you say that's not misleading (?) please explain, and I'll let you know if I hear from him. thanks for the feedback.

What bothers me most about this car is the black wall tires. It needs a decent thin white wall tire. And the engine bay looks to have been drenched in armor all,

It's possible he isn't completely versed on C body Mopars. It is a very nice car, and part of me wishes he could get that much for it. Adversley, anyone spending that much should do their research.

I guess the difference is the ad saying it to a perspective buyer OR the Pie Tin. The Ad saying it says the seller is selling it as a TNT. Im going with the guy doesnt know anything about a Chrysler and is listing it as he sees it. That doesnt make him a liar, it makes him ignorant. If he blows you off or doesnt adjust the listing then hes a cheat and a liar.

The tin on top in my eyes is decorative, not much different than a set of wheels. A buyer must know what hes getting for any price.

sure, fair enough, I"m sure he gets many cars in all the time to sell, so maybe he can't possibly check them all. But, when brought to his attention, he should make the correction. So, I think we agree !!
