I prefer Formals without the body side molding...gives a cleaner look.

Since Mr. C already made my standard comment, I'll just add that if nothing else, this Craigslister is doing wonders for the image of NYBs and SCS with his photography.

(SCS is what us locals use for Saint Clair Shores)

I like my city, but I'll be those photos were taken at a friend's house in GPS, or one of the other GP's.

The city, which is entirely residential, is the location of the Grosse Pointe Yacht Club on Lake Saint Clair. The city's population was 3,008 at the 2010 census.[6] It has the 70th highest income for a municipality with over 1,000 citizens in the country and the second highest income in the state of Michigan.

Looks good, I want to say it looks familiar too. At this point an $8k asking price has me moving along, but I'm no longer desperately searching for one.

I think the door is now closed to affordable Formals.
I'm not so sure... but I would agree that anything with nice paint and body is likely to cost more than $2500. I also think my "parts car" is in better overall condition than lots of the 5-6K cars that show up... just not as pretty.

So 1 owner not counting the seller/flipper? If so I vote for 124,000 well maintained miles. The faded carpet and blown out seam in the driver's seat don't add up to 24K miles for me.

Price is a little optimistic but it's not in stupidland.
