Isn't one I don't think. Ad says Bill of sale. Not too big of a deal here in AZ. Here's the text from the ad:

Ahhh, I see. Well the guy has other ads on Marketplace and does look legit. If it were in town I'd probably drag it home but a 6 hr round trip is a little much for a car I don't know what I'd do with.
