It does snow in British Columbia, but there are some areas like Vancouver that when it does snow it usually melts as it hits the ground or in a few days.

The procedures changed a couple of years ago. Used to be easy going either way, but that changed for the worse.

Once I get back up and working, I'm going to find a '76 or '77 Royal Monaco Brougham two-door, in triple black. Don't really care what engine. I want one.

snow is not the problem. its the salt when or if if it is used such as in ontario or michigan where salt is cheaper than sand. windsor has one of the largest salt mines.
