78 Shop manual on CD-Rom?

It all depends on the quality of the scan. It also helps if it has been OCRed. I prefer a paper copy, especially at that price.

I have original 1978 Field Service Manuals and a CD from bishko.com. Both are good. I prefer the original FSM's.

I've bought FSM on CD a few times before and have been very happy with them. The key is to buy the ones that say "Mopar Authentic Restoration".

The really nice thing about buying them on CD is you can store them on different computers and print out the pages you need. Then you can highlight or make notes on them as needed. I really like doing that with wiring diagrams. Get the pages dirty and you can just toss them.

I would rather have a paper copy myself all things considered. But unless my computer search skills have deteriorated I'm not finding one

Here you go....

Both FSM's for $33 and change.
