NOT SURE WHAT IS CONSIDERED A DECENT PRICE BUT I WOULD EXPECT YOU WOULD HAVE TO PAY BETWEEN 800 TO 1200 FOR A REBUILT ONE WITH NEW BEARINGS AND CLUTCHES ETC.PLUS SHIPPING A USED ONE YOU COULD EXPECT TO PAY AROUND 500 PLUS SHIPPING. JUST MY GUESS

no, i bought it piece by piece - i basically called cass and said 'if i need it - sell it to me'.
in hindsight, it maybe would have been better to
1.) send cass my old unit for R&R
2.) buy a completed 489case unit from cass
where i am at now - i have an $1100 box of parts and still need to get it installed.
not optimal.
and NOT cass / dr diffs fault - he is the best

Check with DrDiff he helped me rebuild my 8 3/4.
I have one, 3.55 sure grip. I posted pictures of it in this thread:
