For some reason I found myself thinking of this old comic book I bought in either the mid to late 70's or very early 80's. It was this mystery suspense sort of comic and all I can remember about it was this huge eyeball on the cover. I can vaguely remember two of the stories from the issue. One was about this guy that had been looking at Picasso paintings and in the end he became one. The other story had a character that flew around and wound up getting shot and died in the end. I know it's a longshot but I figured that if anyone could help it would be here, thanks.
