At 14,000 miles, they may be the originals.
If new, they have to be smaller than H

these are Goodyear Polyglas GT tires but the revised version from the late 70s.
So the tires have been changed for sure.
I have a set of those, too.
They are yet not reproduced as they were made after the muscle car area.
But I like their look

The only real difference I see is the letter font was enlarged because that's what all the other tire companies were doing to theirs around that time.

I think this car was featured about 20 years ago in the Muscle Cars of the 60s/70s mag IIRC. I remember These different style Polyglas on the car. Hasn't aged at all since then, tires included. ;)
