BB car vs SB car, rear brake size difference?

Does anyone know if a BB powered 66 Fury would've had bigger drums out back that a SB powered car? I'm prolly gonna convert my 66 to 73 disc up front but don't want it to be lopsided in braking. I really need to find a source (book) that outlines this stuff.

As far as I know the only size variation in the rear is the width of the shoe/drum, which are 11X2 and 11x2.5

I just checked what resources I could find and all I could find that '66 Furys were available with 11 x 2", 2-1/2", and 3" with no breakdown by engine, model, etc. Sorry.
Since you say you do have the 8-3/4 rear, just go to the 3". When you install your front disks, you're going to be installing a new front/rear proportioning valve anyway so what size you go to on the rears is kind of a moot point.
