Does that mean it couldn’t be used in a drum/drum set-up?

Not sure if I was clear. It can be used in drum/ drum setup.

Hey! Does this booster fit a '73 Newport? You say '71 and up, but I'm not sure if the part number on this unit is the same as required for my '73. . . I have the '73 FSM, but I don't have the parts manual.

EDIT: Just found Parts Manual. Correct part no. for '73 booster is 3580-073. I don't think your booster is correct for my car.

    Truly I really don’t know. I was told it’s for a 71 C Body...
