That's Herman from The Hague (the Netherlands), he's a cool guy, he loves full size Mopars. He can really think outside of the box to repair or build a car. I don't know if he is a member here but I know he is on the dry-dock and on several other Mopar boards.

It's Not Going to Shift Itself
It was a picture he posted of his 300 on the dock that sealed the deal for what mine was to look like, minus the black interior.
