Blue E-Bay Steering Wheel

I started this thread as a continuation from the Fusie Tach thread that was getting trampled by off topic stuff like the Blue E-Bay steering wheel.

Stan, I received some pictures of the steering wheel from E-Bay. Can you tell from the pictures if this stering is different or will work on a formal NY'er T&T.

I can see the top side is the same. Does the bottom side look right? Sorry, I just want to make sure before I buy it. My interior is completely light blue. Do you think it'll look ok with a dark blue steering wheel? And a light blue horn pad?

Uh, honestly? For $400, it should be the correct blue.
Even I didn't know there were two different blue wheels. Sorry. BAD assumption on my part.
If I spent that kind of money and my steering wheel was red and my interior was burgundy, it would drive me nuts.
Now I feel bad....

No problem Stan. I really appreciate the effort that you put into finding it! After pondering it for 24 hours, I'm going to wait and see if I can find something at Carslise in 2 weeks. I don't see the E-Bay steering getting sold any time soon. I may send my steering to Texas this winter to get wrapped in leather. Then I'll have the only 1 of 1 blue Salon steering wheel on the planet. I'll have to make up a code and stamp my fender tag.

I'm just kidding about the fender tag.
