C-body hub caps, can anyone ID them?

Here are some hub caps that I have in my shop. I think they are C-body, but I'm not 100% sure. Can anyone identify the model/year of these units? Thanks.

the first 5 are definitely '66 Monaco 14", my 4 door had them, my parents bought the car in '67

Thanks 66, I thought Monaco 66 was correct for that group of 5.

"D" looks like a 65 New Yorker.

Thanks 300. I was thinking the caps on my 65 town Sedan were correct for 65 NYer. Did they have more than one style?

(A) looks like a 1966 New Yorker:

(B) I think is a 1965 Polara.
(D) is a 1966 Newport:

Thanks Greg. When I bought my 65 town Sedan about 2 years ago, it had 4 different hubcaps, A, C, D and one correct one, see above. I was able to figure out that #C is from a '58 New Yorker.

The first 5 are '66 Dodge Polara/Monaco 14", A is '66 Chrysler New Yorker/T&C 14", B is also a '66 Dodge Polara/Monaco 14", C ?, D '66 Chrysler Newport 14"
