I have no interest in the Newsletter, and don't quite understand why it's issued from time to time.

If I Unsubscribe from it, will doing that mess up other functions, such as Alerts, etc?

With magazines going for 7 bucks a pop, I wouldn't buy it if my car was in it.

I agree that I would be hard pressed to buy any magazine for $7 bucks. BUT...if my car was featured in anything I would probably buy 20 copies of it. Then hate myself after.

I went through the email compilations and such with other websites, so I must have not checked that box. Got set-up to get the "New Threads" postings, so when I click on the link to most recent websites I've been to, the newest version comes right up. Pretty neat! Plus the "Alerts" happen, too, for threads I've looked at. Really like the way this place works, in that respect. Thanks to those that made it all happen so well!

@Trace 300 Hurst. I get those newsletters as well every so often too. I don't understand why we get email alerts either, I can go right on the website and see the updates.

Yeah, it's simply not useful with providing "highlighted posts" that we've probably already seen. Inbox clutter, IMO. Gone now.
