sorry, i dunno if anyone makes such a wheel in that diameter that takes a nine-inch cap ... which I think that cap is.

I'd try US Wheel steelies - of course with ears

I measured one of my Chrysler dogdish caps. It is 9" OD, or 8.75" ID across the inner edge of the rolled lip.

This wheel from US Wheel says it's available in 17" diameter and fits Chrysler 8.75" dogdish caps. So my dogdishes would probably fit on these.
