Can 73 Imperial Spindles Be Used For 68 Plymouth Fury Disc Brake Upgrade

Hoping to find help to an odd question: Can a set of 73 Chrysler Imperial spindles be used for Front Disc Brake Upgrade on 69-72 C-bodies (like a 68 Plymouth Fury).

I see some debate on if the 73 Imperial is a C-body.

As noted, no, the '68 Mopar disc brake systems were Budd manufactured. The '73 brake systems were Kelsey-Hayes, These systems do not interchange. Spindles and Ball Joints are different. C-Body used a 4.5" bolt pattern, the Imperial used a 5.5" bolt pattern and the brake parts are unique to the Imperial.
