Took a trip down to Springfield MO to meet up with my wife’s family. Staying at The Rockwood MotorCourt.
Our Cottage.
Cute little cottages and the Lady that runs the place is very friendly and makes you feel at home.
Worth a night stay or a stop if you’re on the route. Rooms are small but functional. My Brother in-laws are pretty big boys so they say everything seems miniature.
Started in 1929 with the Cottages and Shell gas station. Sometime in the 60’s the gas station was converted into a restaurant. Now the old house/station/restaurant is being renovated and will be the owners house.
