Last couple years have been super busy. I got caught up in the rat Race at work and that’s taken up the lions share of my free time. Lots of family stuff too, funerals up the whazoo, couple of weddings, kid in school out of state etc etc etc. I almost bought a 1970 AMX up in Nipomo but backed out at the last minute. Great car all original and just recommissioned with like 70k on it. No reason except I didn’t have time to go and get it.

Decided things needed to change so I still put in 100% at work but my days of 150% are over. If you don’t make time for yourself nobody else will….

Gave ol Dumbo some much needed TLC and boy did big D respond! Lots of Cleaning, a good tune up and fresh premium in the tank. Just like catching up with a dear old friend. Took a spin out to Santa Barbara for the worlds best fish n chips in California maybe the whole USA LoL. Got to sit back and watch all the passers by admire that great old car while we ate on the pier.

If you ever get a chance to get out to beautiful SB be sure to check out Brophy’s. It can be kinda busy so we go to the little chipper stand they have in the alley, (it’s called on the alley). It’s easy picnic tables outside or you can eat in your car. Good times good weekend trip and good car to do it in.

I’ll see some of you guys at the Fall Fling - looks like my schedule has cleared up immensely.
