I understand the market research bit but if we are talking C Bodies we already know all we need to.

Thank you Fred... I have never used them and find it restrictive.
I guess others find it helpful or it wouldn't be there

Thank you Fred. Dave is pretty much useless at work today what with the hernia and all so he's got plenty of time to be a provocateur again. Time for your lunch break, Dave.

I love you too Stan, I am just emulating you BUT it was an honest question with a purpose. Sorry you dis approve buddy.

Do people really put a price limit on their searches?

I do all the time.

First, for certain cars I know what they should be and it eliminates those who have no idea and price high. This is for late models.

Second, for our cars it eliminates all the unrealistic dreamers such as under Mustang. For a C body I don't simply because there is likely to be only a few hits anyway and sometimes the search turns up nothing. Common out my way when you type in Polara and get nothing for months and months.

On old stuff I type in model and run with it

For new stuff , model, year and and preferred options... that's it. My searches cover the country regardless of price

looks like the guy has picked up his yard some since last time we saw it. put up a chain link fence to protect his valuables too.

1969 Chrysler Newport. 44,000 original miles. 383 magnum with dual exhaust. Power steering and brakes (all drums). Factory AC converted to r-134a. has a leak in system but works. newer tires, battery, shocks, bushings. Original paint and interior. they are starting to show her age but still in good condition considering. front and rear windshields leak in rain and a little rust forming around bottom of back window. I have owned this car for about eight years and it has been fun. she's a big land yacht and I love the way she floats. the motor runs strong and is surprisingly quick for the size of the car. it's reliable. I used as daily driver for a year and drove I from phoenix to Nevada when I moved. just don't drive anymore. asking 3500 obo.

Gary remembers all these for sale Chrysler Fuseys I remember the trailer
I honestly "try" to keep track of all the fuselage cars that come through here either for sale or owned by new members joining since 2011. Lately I've been slipping a little bit though. Yep, this white 69' just entered the database.

What you do is join Pinterest and start pinning these cars to your various "boards" as a visual listing of the cars hyperlinked to it's source.
I'm currently adding pins to Boards for each of the (loosely) Fin era cars.
Example: "Plymouth (1957 - 1961)", " Chrysler (1957 - 1963)", etc...
It's the perfect quick reference filing cabinet.
