New tires and exhaust (from what little French I have). That looks phenomenal if it's as clean as it looks, considering $9K CD is $6,750 USD.

Sorry I'm in Ontario, but it's quite easy to bring the car back into the USA. There's no duty, just state taxes, depending where you live there may also be inspection fee's.
