Just for that i gave him one like
Not a horror story. One of my bosses old renters left 3 vehicles behind i a Dodge Dakota and a short wheel base Dodge van i forget what the third vehicle was. I take that back it was just two cars he left behind. I cleaned out over 250 dollars (from both vehicles) in loose change from the center console of both and he said i could keep the money so win win for me and the cars got scrapped on the end
Almost as bad is the time I bought a used company work truck at an auction and under the front seat was a well worn British porno mag called Fat Slags.
I didn't know that was some kind of kink until I saw that...
My father ran over a family of skunks on the highway and his car got sprayed underneath bumper to bumper. Was not so bad on a dry hot day, but virtually undrivable when it got wet. He traded the car on a hot dry day LOL
Ah he sud'da just gone 4x4'ing through a tomato patch!
Just remembered about my wife’s cousin who was quite a prankster in his days. As you know these pranks usually come back to haunt you and he was no exception. He happened to prank many guys prior to or during their wedding so everyone knew he was going to get it. It was a hot summer day and he thought he would outsmart everyone and hid his 75 Olds Cutlass Supreme but that doesn’t work in a small town. We heard that they located his car and were doing a number on it so we dropped in to see what was happening. Had it jacked up and all the wheels off, drained the coolant and removed the rad hoses plus numerous other thing. However they went over the top when they took cans of sardines and hid sardines everywhere in the car including lite covers, vents and so on. Then they poured the juice down the AC vents. We tried to stop them but no go so we high tailed it because we didn’t want any part of this. You can only imagine what happened to the car and in the end he had to dump it.
A short time later his brother was getting married and told everyone where he parked his car which was wide in the open. It was a Chevy convertible and the top was down. A bunch of us went to the local Safeway and bought every bag of puffed wheat they had. Poured it in the car until it was level. Left a quart of milk and a couple of spoons on top. Thought someone would call the cops but everyone we saw were in tears of laughter. No harm but was funny.
One of the biggest pet peeves I hear from body shop guys is when customers detail their car before bringing it in for paint and armor all their tires.
