They stay down a couple of years with concrete shoes.
Seriously, there are native Pearl divers for example that stay down way longer than 4 min.

Considering his personal record is -125m and this hole is -202m I'd say it was some creative editing but I do think he went to the bottom unassisted (other than a top off along the way).

Apparently the cameraman was also free diving. Most likely a compilation of several runs.

About the deepest I'm diving is 10ft, 12 if I'm feeling brave. That "blue hole" is something like 600ft deep straight down I think it says.
