Dodge: No longer a laggard in quality

Sooo wheres the article about quality? All this article seems to be is one big native ad. It sells options and speed. No where do I see anything related to quality.

I'm knocking wood as I write this but my 2016 Ram has been literally flawless so far. Certainly a far cry from my previous Mopar daily drivers. I don't count recalls in my assessment (there have been a few) because to me it shows a manufacturer who wants to make things right unlike certain Japanese and Korean makes. In my view the biggest quality issue at Chrysler relates to their inconsistent dealer network particularly their service shops. Of the 3 local dealerships there is one that provides exemplary service, another that is mediocre at best and likes to price gouge, and one that I wouldn't touch with a 10' pole.

I'm thinking Fred that the Welland dealership even with the full bumper to bumper warranty I purchased for my 2017 DGC has a full arsenal of excuses as t owhy warranty is not applied to my problems with the DGC when I report any.
I had AM heated seats added before taking delivery & bought the interior protection plan.
Twice now the driver seat base fabric has come loose from the heating element.
They fixed it once at N/C & again it happened last month.
Now they are trying to tell me it's normal wear & tear and won't be covered even with the added warranty.

And all the rattles are included at no charge right from the factory! LOL!

I owned 3 generations of the Charger R/T Road and Track Edition: 2007, 2012 and 2015. All of them were very well built, good fit and finish and all had no issues during my ownership.

I'm quite happy with my Mopar's.

2017 300C

2018 Ram

2019 Scat Pack Charger

Both my 1978 Chrysler's

I've been lucky so far (knock on wood). The issues with the recent models ('06 onward) have been very minor.

'92 Dakota - new trans (complete) at 25000 miles
'06 PT - WW nozzles
'10 1500 - touchscreen at 6000 miles
'13 2500 - master window switch at 10000 miles
'15 1500 - WW nozzles
'18 Challenger - time will tell
'19 Durango - time will tell

With my 2008 Avenger R/T, Laura's 2012 Charger SXT, and even my '98 and my '94 Ram 2500's, there has been no issues other than maintenance. I have neglected the '98 Ram and it loves me every time I fire the key. (I did just rebuild almost the complete running gear, and will be doing the transmission soon) Only brakes and oil changes for the Charger, and I just did full brakes with calipers on the Avenger and one hub bearing, the other will be done soon. Could use some front end bushings probably. I have relied on my truck and Avenger for many years without doing anything, but they keep going. I've had pretty good luck with any older Mopar, 81 TC3, and '87 Turbo Laser died due to rusty rear stub frame, and rusty brake lines, respectively. '82 New Yorker and '84 Fifth Avenue got hauled off by my roommates for their own gain, and I had a '92 Spirit that the fuel pump died, then came back to life. Second time it died it was gone. My GM and other makes have given me trouble that never seemed to end, one thing brought up another. I can't complain about my fortunes with dependable Mopars.

The '19 Charger Scat Pack is too new to discuss warranty repairs, but I am very satisfied with the fit and finish quality. The '12 Durango R/T has been great, no warranty work, just maintainance and a few recalls.

Pictures of your Scat Pack please.
