WANTED Dome light for 1969, 1970 Sport Fury

Looking to buy the following:

LAMP, Dome and Reading, 2D H.T..... part number 2947912

Would like one in NOS or good shape. My lens is actually ok. Need the body and switch section in good condition.

Alternatively, I'll also accept one from a 69 which is part number 2926452. It's similar or the same as the 70 aside from the lens pattern. I was stupid and waited too long to grab a NOS one on eBay.

Thanks. Yeah, I saw that recently on eBay as well. Mine came with the on/off switch. I wonder if I should just skip it until I can find one and just grab the one you posted.

It's suppose to warm up this weekend, I'll see if I have a base, it would be 1969, not 70

. The lens would be very yellow if I still have it. BTW, not an on off switch, it is a switch from front (Map) to rear (Dome) light.

Ah cool. Yes, just the base is fine. The switch/metal plate area is missing off mine for some reason. My lens is decent.

Having problems uploading photos in the IM so I'll just reply to the original ad. I'll PM but as you can see it's pretty rough, I don't know if you want the base, as I said, I'm keeping the lens. Also, the guy I got it from cut the wiring harness but did include it so it can be spliced if you want it.

That might work. Here is a pic of mine. My base is really nice, but is missing the switch and front metal piece. I take it that's removable?

I've found out this dome light is the same as what was used in Challenger SE and Barracuda Gran Coupe models with the overhead consoles. They sell repop lenses on Ebay.
