Door latch interchange questions

Will the latches (see pic) from a 69 C body work on a 70?

The part numbers are different on the 2-door, didn't check the 4-door.
Not sure what the differences are.

Both are 2 doors. I think it will work

I looked at the 2-door numbers for 69 & 70 and they are different, I assumed 2-door as that is what most people have.

So the numbers are different but not sure why.
