Rock auto sells most styles by the foot and I saved a ton going that way, go in the universal section you need the cross profile dimensions then just order what you need.

When I did my car I had NOS for the rear and some salvaged ones for the front. In looking at them I saw no reason you couldn't use bulk material. There is only one point that they molded, a corner, easily done with a couple cuts.
