Dumb qustion

Could someone tell me which way this cowl rubber strip goe's on ? Also do i glue it on or just poke the tabs in the hole ? My old one was rotton and i forgot how it was installed. Any help would be great.

Just poke the tabs in, and I believe you have the correct orientation.

I had a 50-50 chance of getting it right but i didn't want to pull it back off if it was wrong.Thanks for the info.
