Looks nice but don't know enough to judge the scoop. Would that be a typical add on in the early 60s?
61 Pontiac. IIRC, that scoop is part of the Super Duty drag race package.
They only made a hand full of them, so that's probably a clone. Aluminum fenders, 421 engines and some even had "swiss cheese" holes in the frame.
