Are those stainless skirts stock?

1961 IMPERIAL SOUTHAMPTON LeBaron 4-DOOR. THIS VEHICLE IS EQUIPPED WITH PUSH BUTTON AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION, POWER STEERING, POWER BRAKES, 6-WAY POWER SEATS, POWER WINDOWS and More.Solid frame, Excellent underbody -- floors, interior rocker panels, exterior rocker panels. Chrome and stainless is in great shape, the body is very straight, all glass and windshield are in good condition with no cracks or ware. New Battery and good tires. The engine seems to have been rebuilt at some point. Runs, drives and starts right up. Interior needs work

The skirts are NOT stock, and REALLY need to be removed. It does have the stainless inserts, too. There seem to be some other chrome gizmos that shouldn't be there, the last thing a '61 Imp needs is MORE baroque touches......Dark colors subdue the styling on these, and you just do NOT see them sitting around. all in all though, it seems pretty nice from a distance, and it might make a good starting point.......
