Forward Look 1961 Imperial Le Baron Video - An Impressive Car

I am not a big fan of these types of videos because the narrative is usually pretty weak, but if you turn the volume down or off, you might enjoy seeing this beauty from the distant past. It reminds me of when Virgil Exner was at this best and when industry was not afraid to make outrageous automobiles. The quality of this restoration was impressive to me and it couldn't have been an easy one.

yep much better to lower the volume....... the guy doing the "interviewing" doesnt come across as being much of a car guy

This guy "Lou" is better than a good many of the other ones, and is less condescending/snarky than many. Frank Troost, a nice guy to begin with, is very patient and accommodating with him. VERY nice video of one of the nicest '61 LeBarons in existence. Exner at his most far out, black subdues the styling elegantly on this one. THANKS for sharing this.
