I've repainted my 300 emblems with Testors model paint. The blue and red are real close to the correct colors and it flows out really nice.

I would say it is to big for the tail panel on a 68.

The one on the right is for the fender on a '71 Sport Fury and was also used on the trunk lid on '65 or '66 Sport Furys. The '67 trunk emblem and '68 trunk finish panel emblems are much smaller and also different between the years.

I might be interested in the '71 emblem. If you are looking to part with it, post some photos of just that emblem.

I used the Testors paints and did mine as well. Turned out pretty good.

I used testors paint they look ok now just to get them back on if the rain ever stops
