So getting the car ready for the new interior. The carpets were still soaked for a storm I got caught in. The car just reeks from rat pee from when the car was in storage for 18 years. They had nests all inside the seats and tore the foam out. Good thing I have new carpet and seats coming. Also getting new top. What was awful to see I had rust and holes in the floor! Well patched them up and painted the floors. I painted under the car few years ago and didn't realize there were the holes. Well she all sealed up now. I'm 20150703_134725.jpg20150703_123854.jpg20150703_095951.jpg20150703_134745.jpg excited about getting this interior in.

I have been here and share your pain except my '59 Imperial Custom Coupe had a family of racoons living inside of it.

Sorry to hear your classic was a victim of our recent floods. Hope the repairs go well.

Thanks! She didn't flood my dumb self tried to go to cars and coffee and got caught in that nasty storm and with a top with holes it got soaked. Good news prompted me to get the interior done and have new top put on it.

That is good news as flooded cars are hard to restore. Sounds like my 92 Miata with the top issues. Rains everyday around here. I just keep it covered for now :)
