Front drum brake wheel studs

Have a couple that snapped on me. Classic Industries has them for B bodies w/ 10" drums but not for C's (I have 11" drums -- does dia size matter just to replace 3 studs?).

Remove one and take it to your local auto parts and they should be able to match it up

Big hammer or disassemble and use a press?

BFH has never let me down.
So far....
Really had to use a two handed full arc swing, tho. No love taps.
Just make sure it is as fully supported under the stud as possible. I like oak.

And suck them in with a ratchet and a bunch of washers?

They need to be disassembled and pressed out. Make sure you support the drum when you press it out and then reinstall.

both front and rear drums are free floating on my car

I understand that the proper way is a press but if they can handle a swift hammer blow why go to the trouble?

Yes. Impact gun ideally.
