Front lap belt removal on ‘69 Polara

Hi all,

First time posting, and I need some advice.
I’m trying to replace the front lap belts on my Polara, but can’t figure out how to remove the old retractors.
Is there a special tool I need, or am I just not seeing the bolt/nut to unscrew?
If you tell me it’s that bolt-head looking piece in the center, that spins when the seatbelt is pulled and retracted, I’m going to feel like a fool, but will still be appreciative. I don’t want to try and take that out and end up ruining anything.

Looking at the '70 Service manual, those look like bolts you can remove. Download it and see page 23-64 for a diagram. You can get a copy at mymopar.

Theres gonna be 2 bolts going horizontally into the rocker. Should be 13/16 if my memory is correct.

This was the answer, but only one bolt per belt. Size was spot-on though. Thank you!
