The key for the eccentric lobe for my fuel pump sheered off and I need to replace it. But I'm not actually sure what size of replacement I need.

This is for a 1966 poly 318.

I checked part numbers to be sure about this.

The key is the same as a LA engine, (273, 318, 340, 360) and it's Chrysler part number 106751.

It also happens to be a standard Woodruff #9 key that that's 3/16" x 3/4". Dorman part # 595-061. Those are used in a lot of stuff like lawn mowers so a well stocked hardware or parts store might have one. I went through that a bunch of years ago, that's how I found out it's a standard key.

Be careful to have a CORRECT harmonic balancer puller so as to not damage the balancer in the process of removal and re-installation.

Enjoy!
