Howdy After a successful Garage sale forage, we picked up a set of small fold up tables for "river lunches, and car shows" for free. Now back on topic when we got home we switched vehicles jumped in the 70 Newport and headed to town for a carshow. Well we filled the Convertible with gas ouch that hurt, about 10 miles from home we thought that we ran over something I didn't see anything. When I changed lanes to pass someone I then realized that we suddenly had no power steering, well S*&T I informed my Sweetie that we were heading back home as we lost a belt and had no water pump action. Turning the heat on full and driving as fast as conditions allowed, to try and keep the fan turning, we made it home as we pulled into the driveway as the HOT light came on, another thing that works. We switched cars and headed out once again and took the Scat Pack to the show. PS Our Convertible is still for sale, this time with new belts and water pump.
