Old Man with a Hat
I have the FSM for the '66 ragtop. The procedure looks easy enough, but has anyone done the heater core removal/reinstall on a '64 through '66 Imperial? Mine is an air conditioned car, and it looks like the A/C is not going to be an issue in getting the front of the air plenum box off and removing the core looks pretty straightforward.
Now that it's colder than week-old frozen dog crap outside, I in my infinite wisdom, have decided that Winter is a great time to tackle this job, in an unheated shop. Oh, yay!
So, any ideas? Anyone experienced in this particular job that can offer a helpful hint, or words of caution?
