heater core

I need to find out a good source for a replacement heater core. i have a 1973 chrysler newport with a 400 engine. Any suggestions?

Try 2002 Durango. Had a 71 300 and had to replace the heater core on it. The shop replaced it with a 2002 Durango heater core. Fit perfect and ran great, no leaks.

I suggest you tell us if you have factory A/C or just a heater. This thread might mean something if we know what you are dealing with. Same for the Durango guy.

You're correct. I should have known better to mention that my car was non A/C.
