Identify this part

I bought this a while ago for my 73 Fury. Of course it didn’t fit… it was advertised as a 69-73 blower motor switch. Is there a difference for heater vs air conditioned cars?

I don’t need it, so I will be posting it for sale once it is correctly identified. Thank you.

Figures, lol. It was sold as fitting both.
